This promotion is offered to anyone at least 21 years of age if married, or 25 years of age if single ("Participant"). Participants must be U.S. citizens, creditworthy, and have an annual income of at least $40,000. If married or cohabiting, both parties must be present to acknowledge receipt of the award. Each participant is required to attend an informal 90-120 minute presentation ("Tour") conducted for the purpose of soliciting sales of timeshare interests or intervals (a “Timeshare”) at one of the Sponsor's resorts, with prices ranging from $3,490.00 to $71,490.00 as of January 1, 2024.
